Delegates Hollen and Howell moved to amend the strike and insert amendment on page 1, section 2, line 6, immediately following the word “Virginia.” by inserting the following: “This act also includes any fire, EMS, or law-enforcement department responding to a requested mutual aid call in West Virginia if an equivalent death benefit is not otherwise available.”
